About the Show

‘Mindful Mondays - Healing the Mind and Spirit’ is a show that will endeavour to provide topics of interest that relate to the stresses of life in 2018.  Each week Jess will address a new topic to be mindful of for the week.  Topics will include anything that can cause stress and / or lead to mental ill health:

The aim is to play some great music that you can chill out to and bring some real-life issues to debate. 

About Jess

Jess is a wellness coach and hypnotherapist.  She is passionate about helping people to be the best version of themselves, that is that one is content and has self-worth.  Jess defies the usual coaching models and strategies that tell people to be happy and feel good, she believes that we can only truly feel better if we address the hurtful, difficult stuff too.
